Eligible verified accounts can use 3 free credits each day. They reset at midnight US Pacific time (America/Los_Angeles), with daylight saving time applied automatically; unused credits from the previous Pacific day expire immediately. Daily credits do not accumulate, and missed days are not backfilled. Subscriptions provide 20, 60 or 150 credits per month, including annual plans, and are not reset by the daily refresh.

Daily free credits expire at the end of their Pacific day and do not roll over. Subscription credits refresh monthly without rollover. Separately purchased credit packs have no scheduled expiry. Daily free credits are used first, then subscription credits, then purchased or previously granted permanent credits.

When your subscription ends without renewal, its remaining credits expire; there is no rollover balance. Purchased packs and previously granted permanent welcome credits are not cleared. Eligible accounts can still use 3 daily free credits, which expire at the end of each Pacific day.

Once subscriptions launch, open subscription management in your account and use the Stripe billing portal to cancel renewal. Your paid benefits remain available until the end of the paid period, with no further automatic renewal charge. Annual subscribers continue receiving monthly allowances through their paid year. Canceling renewal is not a refund request.

Self-service plan changes are not available yet, and immediate upgrades or next-cycle downgrades have not been enabled. When available, the confirmation screen will explain timing, price differences and credit adjustments. Do not start a duplicate subscription to change plans. Once purchases open, you can buy a separate credit pack for extra edits.

Yes. Credit packs are a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal, and purchased credits have no scheduled expiry. Subscribers can also buy packs for extra edits. Pack and subscription balances are recorded separately.

A failed renewal payment does not grant a new billing period’s subscription credits. Update your payment method in the account billing portal. If the subscription ends, its remaining credits expire. Approved refunds adjust or revoke the credits or subscription benefits associated with that purchase. Refund requests are subject to the refund policy and are not automatically approved.

Enhancement, background removal, watermark removal and style transfer use 1 credit per image per edit. Magic Edit costs 1 credit for Fast, 2 for Balanced, 3 for High Detail, and 2 for Brush selection. Each operation or new generation is charged separately. Cropping, manual adjustments and downloading saved results cost no extra credits.

No. The full annual amount shown on the card is charged once, while credits are released monthly and unused monthly allowances do not roll over. The annual price equals 10 monthly payments, saving about 17% compared with 12 monthly payments. The monthly equivalent on the card is for comparison, not a monthly charge.

The credits required by your selected settings are reserved at the start and returned after a confirmed failure or cancellation. Free credits retain their original expiry: a same-day failure returns the daily credit, but a failure confirmed on a later Pacific day does not add expired credits to the new allowance or turn them into permanent credits. Processing is not failure; generating again after success is a new task.

Paid plans add image credits and unlock full-image and brush editing in Magic Edit. Standard tools keep the same model and size limits for free and paid accounts. Free users can download completed results. Output dimensions depend on the tool and original image; 4K output is not guaranteed for every image.

Background removal supports batches of up to 10 images. Each image costs 1 credit and requires sufficient balance; failed images receive their reserved credit back. Local manual edge refinements and repeat downloads of saved results cost no additional credits.

These plans cover the currently available AI photo editing tools. They do not include video generation or promise that every future high-cost model will cost 1 credit. Supported tools and credit costs are shown before you start processing.

No. These are total cloud storage allowances per account, including saved source images, style references and results. Free accounts get 512MB; active subscriptions and credit-pack purchases get 10GB. Each upload is still limited to 20MB. Uploads and processing temporarily reserve space, then settle to actual file sizes. Temporary masks and processing copies are cleaned up and are not counted again as permanent storage.

Deleting a project permanently removes its cloud source, reference and result, releasing space after cleanup. Used credits are not refunded. Recent uploads wait for upload links to expire, usually about 15 minutes; failed cleanup keeps its space allocated and is retried. After a subscription ends, the allowance returns to 512MB. If you are over the limit, new uploads stop, but existing images remain available to download or delete. They are not immediately erased. Credit-pack purchasers retain 10GB after spending their credits; refunds trigger an entitlement review.

Both belong to your account, not your IP address. Eligible, verified accounts receive 3 free credits daily, expiring at the end of the day. IP and device information help prevent abuse and do not define an account. Cropping, adjustments and local downloads work without registration. AI processing and cloud projects require sign-in.
